• In addition to the traditional attire worn by the locals, passed down through generations, the most prominent feature of Abyaneh is its staircase-style architecture, with red-colored houses, wooden windows, carved doors, and winding alleys. All the houses in the village are built on the slopes of Mount Karkas, and their architecture is remarkable. Just like the staircase houses in Masuleh, the flat roofs of the lower houses, without any surrounding walls, serve as the courtyards for the upper houses, giving the village a multi-story appearance.
• The houses have Orosi wooden windows, and most feature wooden balconies and eaves, which create a beautiful view due to their placement in narrow and winding streets.
• The exact age of Abyaneh is not precisely known, although it is estimated to be over 1,500 years old, making it one of the oldest residential areas on the edge of Iran's Kavir Desert. The layout of the houses follows a spiral pattern, with origins in the Seljuk, Safavid, and Qajar periods.
• Among the attractions of Abyaneh are its springs, castles, bathhouses, water reservoirs, fire temples, pilgrimage sites, and mosques. The Fire Temple of Abyaneh is considered the village's oldest historical monument and is a Zoroastrian temple, with a small hall still remaining from its lower level.
• Abyaneh is also home to several springs, which contribute to the lushness and extensive farmland in the area. The Raisoon Spring, located above the village mill, provides drinking water for the locals. It is believed that the water from this spring, flowing from the Barberry tree, lengthens one's life.
• The Abyaneh Ethnological Museum, established in 2005, exhibits ancient handwritten Qurans, agricultural tools, cooking utensils, traditional clothing, and more.
• In the past, people from desert regions used water reservoirs to store water for their needs. Abyaneh was no exception and currently has four water reservoirs, although they are no longer in use.
• The Jameh Mosque of Abyaneh, also known as the Miandeh Mosque, is older than the other mosques in the village. The old prayer hall of the mosque has a wooden floor and connects to the main street via a small door. The wooden mihrab of the mosque, dating back to 477 AH (Islamic calendar), is adorned with floral carvings and Kufi script, attracting the attention of every visitor.
